FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Information about our development stage, company contacts and recruitment.

Is Crownstone Capital registered as a company?

Not yet. Crownstone Capital is currently a public brand for a proposed financial technology business. Company registration has not yet been completed. Planned roles are presented for preliminary expressions of interest, and salary ranges are proposed budgets. The actual legal employer or contracting party and any role, pay and terms must be confirmed in writing before an offer is accepted. Read the company verification guide.

Is the platform available to customers?

The platform is at the planning stage. Confirmed launch timing, product availability and commercial terms will be published when available. This website does not open financial accounts or process transactions. Read the service disclosures.

What is Crownstone Capital focused on?

Our primary focus is technology for enterprise financial workflows: payment instructions, approvals, reconciliation, reporting and system integration. The broader portfolio describes planned capabilities and research directions. Read our company profile or explore the planned platform.

What are your official website and email addresses?

Our website is crownstonecapital.co. Business inquiries go to finance@crownstonecapital.co, and recruitment inquiries go to careers@crownstonecapital.co.

The website and both email addresses use the Crownstone Capital domain. For our current formation status, read the company verification guide. You can also read our company profile.

How do I verify company or recruitment correspondence?

For recruitment questions, start a new email to careers@crownstonecapital.co rather than relying on a link in an unexpected message. Include the sender address, message date and role mentioned. Leave out passwords, identity documents and financial account information.

Before entering a business or employment agreement, confirm the actual legal employer or contracting party, any applicable registration details and relevant written terms, and check the details independently. Read our company and recruitment verification guide.

Which contact should I use?

Use finance@crownstonecapital.co for business and product inquiries. Use careers@crownstonecapital.co for recruitment correspondence. These are separate contact routes for different topics.

How do I send an email?

Choose Write in Gmail or Use email app on the contact card. Both prepare an email draft; review it and press Send in your own mailbox. If neither opens, use Copy email and paste the address into your preferred email service. Opening a draft does not send a message.

How do I arrange a meeting?

Email the relevant contact with your organization, discussion topic, time zone and preferred dates. Please confirm the meeting location and arrangements directly before visiting.

How do I enquire about recruitment?

We are collecting preliminary expressions of interest for planned leadership and specialist roles on our careers page. Review the proposed responsibilities, relevant experience and salary planning budget, then email a concise introduction to our recruitment address. The actual employer or contracting party, role approval, pay, working arrangements and terms need written confirmation.

Which enterprise systems are supported?

Specific connectors, supported systems and access arrangements have not yet been confirmed. For an integration discussion, name the systems involved, the records you want to exchange and who is responsible for those records. A non-confidential outline is enough for an initial inquiry. Explore the planned integration approach.

What should I include in a product discussion?

Describe the process you want to improve, the people involved and the step where work becomes difficult to follow. Useful context includes the starting record, the current review process and the unresolved question. Product availability, demonstration arrangements and any commercial discussion need to be confirmed directly; sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement.

Can I send examples of our current workflow?

A short, non-confidential description or a simplified example is appropriate for an initial discussion. Leave out account credentials, personal financial details, identity documents and confidential customer or employer records. If more detailed information is needed, the purpose and suitable sharing arrangements should be agreed first. Read the website privacy notice.
